Brazier OSRS
Heat, light, and comfort on deck—without ruining your helm path.
Brazier provides warmth and light for cold/night voyages and crew recovery phases. It’s utility-focused: don’t let it block your economic or helm interactions.
Placement
Sloop: tuck on the edge, never in the 2-tile helm lane. Skiff/Galleon: place midline but leave helm→Extractor a clear path.
When It Helps
Cold routes, long Barracuda waits, or when you need a safe spot to recover status. Skip it if space is too tight to keep helm paths clean.
Synergy
Pairs well with Extractor/Hook provided you lock helm distance first. Heat is secondary to speed and economy—lay it last.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it affect speed?
No speed impact. The only risk is bad placement blocking your routes.
Worth it on Sloop?
Only if you can stash it on the edge without touching the helm lane; otherwise skip and keep mobility.
Does it conflict with Extractor?
No, but always secure a ≤2-tile helm-to-Extractor lane before placing Brazier.
